After living in many parts of the country, Irene settled in Vermont in the 1990s, attracted by the green, wild, and mountainous landscape. Even before becoming a real estate agent, Irene had a fascination with property, especially houses that needed work.
Irene decided to combine her passion for helping people with her interest in real estate and joined the Chris von Trapp Team. Chris, a fellow Addison County resident and Realtor®, brings over 30 years of experience in residential homes, luxury estates, investment property, land, and new construction.
Because of Irene's diverse work history (massage therapist, assistant judge, mediator, non-profit director) she is comfortable working with a wide range of buyers and sellers. When not working, Irene is a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician and takes long walks on the roads and trails near her home in Ripton.
